The church hopes that by 2010, we can shepherd our flock in the 7 below-mentioned guiding principles, in accordance with the Bible, that we may become a God-glorifying community.

The entire pastoral strategy and principles emphasizes on developing a lifestyle that is founded on values that place Christ as Lord, raising up a quality church leadership, balancing spiritual and community life, building a comprehensive and healthy life within the Fellowship Cell Groups, and moulding the individual spirituality of every Christian.
